Function Description
Setting automatic process can automatically add corresponding parts when in the Select Parts Go to Nest interface.
Graphical processes, e.g.: compensation, micro-connect, lead, etc. Set once for permanent use, available for future calls.
When parts of the same material, thickness, and gas are used, the previously set automatic process will be applied automatically.
Operation Steps
1. Click 【Settings】 -- 【Automatic Techonology】 -- 【New】, set automatic processes for different materials, thicknesses, and gases.
Set automatic processes for parts. Check the relevant processes and set parameters, then click 【OK】 to confirm.
Note: It is recommended to set up commonly used automatic processes in advance for direct use later.
2. Click 【Job】 -- 【Flat Parts】 Check parts click 【Nesting】.
3. Select the corresponding automatic process (material and thickness need to match one by one).
Note: If there is currently no automatic process set for the material and thickness, you can click 【Add Automatic Process】 to proceed.Line settings.
4. Go to the Nest interface to see that the parts have automatically added the processes set previously.
Parameter Description
Only one automatic process can exist under the same material, thickness, and gas. Adding it repeatedly will give a Hint:
Supports editing, deleting, and QuickCopy of already set automatic processes.
